Tuition Refund Policy

The tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. An application fee of not more than $25.00 may be retained by the school if the application is denied. All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after signing a contract with the school. All refunds shall be returned within 30 days. Once the 3 business days have elapsed or should the participant’s enrollment be terminated or should the participant withdraw for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule.

Reimbursement Scale

If withdrawal/dismissal/cancellation occurs: The School Will Retain
Minimum of 14 days prior to scheduled class 0% of the tuition and application fee
13 – 4 days prior to scheduled class 50% of the application fee
3 days prior to scheduled class 100% of the application fee


  1. Do not sign this agreement before you have read it or if it contains any blank spaces.
  2. This agreement is a legally binding instrument.
  3. You are entitled to an exact copy of this agreement and any disclosure pages you sign.
  4. This agreement and the school catalog constitute the entire agreement between the student and the school.
  5. The school reserves the right to reschedule the program start date if the number of students scheduled is too small. If classes are rescheduled and student is unable to attend the rescheduled date, student will receive a full refund.
  6. The school reserves the right to terminate a students’ training for nonpayment of tuition or failure to abide by established standards of conduct.
  7. The school does not guarantee the transferability of credits to a college, university or institution. Any decision on the comparability, appropriateness and applicability of credit and whether they should be accepted is the decision of the receiving institution.
